Paris 2024 Olympics Venue Hit With Cyberattack as Hackers Demand Crypto

Hackers have executed a cyberattack on a Paris 2024 Olympics venue in addition to dozens of museum outlets in France—and have reportedly demanded a ransom to be paid in cryptocurrency.

The cyberattackers exploited roughly 40 French vacationer venues’ knowledge processing programs final weekend, enabling them to gather delicate monetary knowledge from the websites, French newspaper Le Parisien reported late Monday. Among the many venues focused was the Grand Palais museum, which is internet hosting martial arts and fencing occasions for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
