The certification program, named “Certification in Public Administration 1,” consists of a 160-hour digital and asynchronous course divided into seven modules. The Increased College of Innovation in Public Administration (ESIAP), established by President Nayib Bukele in August 2021, will conduct the coaching, aiming to raise the usual of governance in El Salvador.
